E-CLOUD: OCI Lift Operation Fails With Authentication Issue (Doc ID 2445339.1)

On : 06 version, Lift Utility

When using the Lift utility from Cloud manager 6 to lift an environment the process errors as follows


Authentication of OCI Failed!!


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the Lift utility from Cloud manager 6 lift an environment and select the option to "Create and upload the DPK to Oracle Storage Cloud"
2. Fill out all the required OCI account credentials
3. Observe the process fail with authentication issue, even though an existing user from within the OCI tenancy is being used
