Fluid Academic Progress Tile gives the following error when student clicks on it:
An error has occurred.
The appserver log file will show the error: Class Record: assumed property SAA_ACD_PRG_SM_FL is not a valid field name. (2,274) SAA_ACADEMIC_PROGRESS_FL.UTIL.ReportType.OnExecute Name:GetReportType PCPC:764 Statement:9^M

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into self service as a student and select the fluid Academic Progress Tile from the Student Home Page.
2. Error will occur.
