When logging a new Service Request (SR) with Oracle the request may be submitted to “automated file validation”. This document describes this automated feature. This document is for users that enter or work with Service Requests via My Oracle Support for issues that require supporting data to be attached to the SR.
Automated File Validation Overview
The term “automated data collection” means an automatic process that will check uploaded files for specific criteria to ensure the correct data is attached. The attachments are required to progress the Service Request (SR).
