Setup Not Enforced Biographic Fields Configuration On Add Application Page When Adding A Row (Doc ID 2446723.1)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up SACR > Install > Campus Community Installation. Check "Include Field" for Birth Gender, Gender Identity, and Preferred Pronouns only. Save.
2. Go to Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person for an employee. Add a row. New row will display only the 3 configured fields.
3. Go to Student Admissions > Application Entry > Add Application. Set App Nbr = 0000000, ID = NEW, Inst = PSUNV, Career=UGRD. Click Add. Click on the Personal tab, and only 3 fields display. Click the Plus sign. On the new row, all delivered fields display.
