Bill Copy/Group Copy
When attempting to run the delivered process 'Change Status of Bills' to change the status from 'HOLD' to 'RDY' using the Copy Group ID as the Range Selection, the process returns the error "Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running".
The navigation is Main Menu > Billing > Maintain Bills > Change Status of Bills

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Main Menu > Billing > Maintain Bills > Change Status of Bills
2. Set Range Selector to Copy Group ID
3. Enter Group ID and Run
