Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Voucher Creation
When the accounting date is prior to the location effective date, then the location is not available on the invoice information tab but available on the payment tab.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a voucher
2. modify the supplier location to have an effective dated row greater than accounting date
3. verify the voucher to see if location is available in the prompt
