Customer Contract Cannot Be Access When Customer Inactive (Doc ID 2447937.1)

On : 9.2 version, Contract Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer Contract Cannot be Accessed when Customer Inactive

When attempting to view a Customer Contract where the Customer has been Inactivated, the system will not pull it up. This means that once a Customer is Inactivated there is no way of reviewing the previous Contracts associated. Is there any way to change the view so that existing Contracts can still be accessed even for Inactive Customers?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inactivated Customer Contracts should be searchable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Customer Contract
2. Inactivate Customer
3. Try searching for same customer contract
4. Customer contract is not searchable.
