ECA: Contracts Workbench Page Does Not Return the Contracts With Inactive Customers (Doc ID 2447937.1)

Symptoms

Contracts Workbench does not return contracts associated with customers that have been inactivated. As per the design of the application, contracts with inactive customers should not be searchable on Customer Contracts > Create and Amend  > General Information but they should be accessible from Customer Contracts > Contracts WorkBench.

Steps

1. Create a contract.
2. Navigate to Customers > Customer Information > General Information.
3. Set the customer used in the contract to Inactive and save.
4. Navigate to Customer Contracts > Contracts WorkBench and search for the contract.
