Symptoms

Issue:

After entering comments and clicking the OK button, the "Header Comments/Attachments" link changes to "Line Comments/Attachments".


Steps to Reproduce the Issue
1) Navigate to Main Menu > Purchasing > Receipts > Add/Update Receipts
2) Search and Select a Purchase Order to Receive, Click Ok
3) Click on the "Header Comments/Attachments" Link
4) Enter some text, click Ok
5) The Link label changes to Line Comments/Attachments
