Owner's action list from Receivable workcentre doesn't provide contact email ID

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Owner's action list from Receivable workcentre should provide contact email ID

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Receivable Workcentre
2. Go to Owner's action list
3. Select an action to email
4. Try to look for contact's email ID
5. No value is appearing

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use owner's action list effectively from receivable workcentre
