On : 9.2 PUM 26 version, Bill Entry
When attempting to add new bill with line project info the following error occurs.

Analysis Type is missing for this entry. (13100,103)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add new bill and populate line projet info and donot put analysis type.
2. Save bill error will pop up.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save bill unless they put analysis type.
