Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2 environment, PeopleTools 8.56.10, View Customer Accounts is experiencing severe response time issues.  The upgrade from Campus Solutions 9.0 has been completed.

View Customer Account Inquiry on Campus Solutions 9.0 does not experience the same response time issue.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
View Customer Accounts inquiry on Campus Solutions 9.2 is running drastically slower than the inquiry on Campus Solutions 9.0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Response time on the inquiry should be consistent on all versions of the product.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, View Customer Accounts on Campus Solutions 9.2;
2. Select an emplid;
3. Note the response time;
4. Perform the same steps on Campus Solutions 9.0.
