'My Preferences' Change Causes Error: "Order Capture Business Unit Required" (Doc ID 2451675.1)

Even after adding a Business Unit value....the application still errors with "Highlighted fields are required".....with no indication what the required field is.

Symptoms

ISSUE:  Unable to set up "My Preferences" for a user in PeopleSoft CRM.


REPRO STEPS:
We are attempting to change the TimeZone under Regional Settings to EST and when we click the save button, it gives an "Order Capture Business Unit Required" error message. Sentara does not use Order Capture module and this is not a requirement in 9.1 to establish My Preferences. We went along and tested the concept by setting up an Order Capture Business Unit and instead of the BU we had set up, on the My Preferences page, 5 Business Units of the same name displayed in the Order Capture Business Unit drop-down. We selected one and changed the Timezone to EST and we received a "Highlighted fields are required" error message. We verified that no fields were highlighted in any of the My Preferences sections and all fields either had a setting or a value.
