Korea Postal Code Edit In Loop

Symptoms
The Korea Postal code edit is in a loop that you can't get out of unless you click cancel.
The instructions to click OK to fix, circle you back to the same message on save, even when you fix the postal code correctly per the message.
If you choose to ignore the warning--because the format is correct--it takes you out of the modal and does the save.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigation: Self Service, Personal Details, Personal Information, Personal Details
- Change address with Country equal Republic of Korea 3.
- Enter 5 digit Korea Postal Code
