Symptoms
When attempting to quick enroll a student with an included Transcript note, the following errors can be observed:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Begin the quick enroll process for a student at Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Quick Enroll.
2. Add a transcript note to the request.
3. Submit the quick enroll request.
