ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using deep links SSO between PeopleSoft environments displays the Fluid Tiles on the Homepage with small form factor look and fee.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The Homepages should not be affected when using deep links between SSO environments.





STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Third Party Portal and use a deep link for PT 8.54
2. "X" out of PT 8.54
3. Now use a Deep Link for 8.56
4. Page is displayed with small form factor look and feel
5. The page is not being displayed properly due to PT 8.54 did not remove the PS_DEVICEFEATURES cookie.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the deep links between PT 8.54 and PT 8.56.
