EPY: Resident And Non-Residency Statement Filed Checked in the Same State Tax. (Doc ID 2453930.1)

Employee has the Non-Residency Statement Filed checked in the work state and his address changes to the same state he works.
Changing the Tax Location Code to another one in the same state, the employee tax table will have both resident and non-resident Statement Filed checked
and user cannot update it manually because the non-resident Statement Filed field is greyed.

1 - Employee Tax Table - Effective Date: 09/12/2015
Employee works in Colorado and Lives in Tennessee.
“Non-Residency Statement Filed” has to be checked .

2 - In Personal Information:
Create another effective date: 05/18/2018.
Change the address to CO.
Note: The address needs to be in the same state that employee lives.

3 - In Job Data-> Payroll:
Change the tax location to another one, but it needs to be in Colorado.

4 - Review the employee tax data:
Both Resident and Non-Residency Statement Filed are checked and the Non-Residency Statement Filed checkbox is greyed, then it cannot be unchecked manually.
