One employee is getting an error when attempting to update to W-4 entries.
Errors:

First Pop Up Error:
Error when attempting to trigger Business Process / Event: Maintain Payroll Data U.S. / Notify Payroll (67,2)
There is a problem calling TriggerBusinessEvent for the indicated Business Process / Event.
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run the PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.
Second Pop Up Error:
TriggerBusinessEvent failed for Maintain Payroll Data U.S. Process EIC W5 Employees-Notify Payroll (2,302) FED_TAX_DATA EMPLID workflow PCPC:1143 Statement:27
The PeopleCode TriggerBusinessEvent built-in function was used by the specified PeopleCode program and failed to execute correctly on the client workstation.
