E-IB: The Integration Nodes are Not Appearing with Successful Status on the NetWork Status Page under Network Node Status Results (Doc ID 2455071.1)

Sample Environment:
PeopleTools 8.55.20
Prod environment setup

The site is setting up the node network between Portal and Content Provider. When navigating to PeopleTools – Integration Broker – Integration Network WorkCenter - Administration - Network Status,   Click on Ping Status button and Network Node Status Results do not show successful results.

Since the nodes (representing the integration environments) are not in the network, this means that integration environments will not be able to communicate with each other.
