Symptoms

When changing the Due date on the ePro requisition for an item that doesn't have any Item supplier relationship, a pop up message is displaying that changing the due date will calculate the price, however there are no calculations as there is no Item/Vendor relationship.
Changing the date will cause the system to recalculate the price. (10200,5)

ERROR:
Changing the date will cause the system to recalculate the price. (10200,5) The system uses effective dates to calculate base prices and price adjustments. Changing the date will cause the system to recalculate all the prices based on the new date. Click OK to recalculate price and cancel not to recalculate." is now displayed when a due date is entered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 2. Add an item that doesn't have Item /Vendor relationship.
3. Change the Due date.
4. A pop up message will come up "Changing the date will cause the system to recalculate the price. (10200,5) "
