PERSON_BASIC_SYNC Service Operation Failing In HCM Coming From CS (Doc ID 2455153.1)

When a new person is created in CS via the Add/Update a Person component, the service operation PERSON_BASIC_SYNC is failing in HCM 9.2 coming from CS 9.2.


ERROR

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member GetRecord. (180,236) PERSONAL_DATA.GBL.NAMES.RowDelete

Failed to insert/delete. {Incoming message was published from PERSONAL_DATA (14165,22) (0,0)}
An error occurred while attempting to insert/delete row.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure integration broker in CS.
2. Configure integration broker in HCM.
3. Set up PERSON_BASIC_SYNC in both instances.
4. In CS, go to Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person. Add a person and save.
5. In CS, confirm that message was triggered successfully by navigating to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Asynchronous Service - Publication Contracts page.
6. In HCM, confirm that message was triggered successfully by navigating to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Asynchronous Service - Subscription Contracts page.
