EAP9.2: 508 Accessibility Issues on 2 AP pages (Doc ID 2455371.1)

Symptoms

Issue:
====================
There are 2 pages that are not complying with the 508 accessibility testing.


Pages:
1. GRP_AP_DELETE
2. 2. AP_RELATED_DOC

While using Accessibility Mode (This was tested in accessibility mode), an order issue regarding the fields under above pages.

For Page #1 - Cursor is not selecting select all and deselect all fields.
For Page #2 - Save button was selected first before the Invoice Fields.

Step:
====================
This issue can be replicated by below step:

1. Logging into PIA with Accessibility Mode.
2. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Control Groups > Delete Control Group
3. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Updates > Regular Entry > Related Documents tab
