E-PRCS: Cannot Create A New Process Definition If There Is An Existing Job Ddefinition With The Same Name (Doc ID 2456496.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new process definition with the same name of an existing one, the following error message is received:
"Process Name is not unique. (65,112)
A Job Definition with the same name already exists. It is required to be unique within Process/Job definitions for Process Scheduler to work properly."

Steps
------------
In order to replicate the issue, follow the below steps:

1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Processes.
3. Choose to add a new one.
4. Fill in the name of an existing Job definition, and a different process type.
5. Click "Save".
