ROWNUM SQL error in Task Management Work Center

Symptoms
Campus Solutions 9.2 up to PUM Image 10.
When a search that would return 300+ results is performed on the Task List, View Task Activity, or View Agreements page in the Task Management Work Center,
the following error occurs.

"ROWNUM" is not valid in the context where it is used
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Task Management Work Center -> View Task Activity (or Task List, or View Agreements)
2. Enter search criteria that will return a large number of results
