Symptoms
When running a Pension calculation, it fails with the following error:
ERROR

ERROR IN PGM:(16005,27705) PI(1073344) Program(PAPUCSTM)
ALIAS : MAX # OF CUSTM STMT TEMPLATES REACHED, NO MORE ACCEPTED.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Define a pension calculation (Navigation: Pension > Calculations > Define Calculation).
2. Click the Run this Program link.
