Symptoms
ISSUE:

When a user select an authentication method but does not enter the associated phone number or password, the document send process does not fail for Access Code and SMS authentication. This should mimic the Phone Authentication. When Phone is selected, the Message (10420,900) is thrown and the user cannot proceed.

1. Create Contract
2. Create Document
3. Bypass Approval
4. Set up Signer (Prepare and Route for e-Signature)
5. Select Access Code Authentication for User Authentication
6. Leave "Password" field blank
Expected Result: Error cannot send document
Actual Result: Document is sent and bypasses security check
