STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter a leased finance asset in AM basic add pages
   2.Enter the finance lease in LA.
   3. Add the asset above
   4. Add base rent of $1000 a month
   5. Update the cost on the LA page and ensure this is a financial lease
   6. Activate the lease
   7. Run all the processes   
   8. Amend the lease by changing the rent by $100 per month. This will make you update the cost on the asset.
   9.Activate the lease amendment. Error is seen.

   The issue has the following business impact:
   Due to this issue, users cannot have amendments created for leases.
