Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Replenish Inventory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Warehouse replenishment process is no longer substituting a discontinued item which is good. Even though system is setting the transaction to error, there is a challenge on how to fix these errors. Manage Replenishment page is not showing the error details. As a user, looking at this page, how the error can be fixed without knowing the error details. The error detail is only showing in the Process monitor log which is scheduled to run in the batch and user will never know about this

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Manage Replenishment Page should show the Error detail as well, so that the user can correct it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Setup original item
2. Create substitute item for that
3. Discontinue the item and also run the Item status change process
4. Run replenishment process for original item

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make changes as the error details are displayed in process monitor but not on the Manage Replenishment pages.
