ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The selection for Adjustment Type on Mobile Inventory Adjustment page is showing incorrect values when a new value is added with an effective date and made it inactive.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Selection for Adjustment Type on Mobile Inventory Adjustment page should show correct values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create adjustment using Mobile Inventory and look for Translate values. In Demo, it displays 5 values "Decrease", "Increase", "Misc Issue","Misc Return", Scrap
2. PeopleTools > Utilities> Administration > Translate Values - Open ADJUST_TYPE. Add a new row for Type "S" making it inactive as of date "01/01/1901. This value is active from 01/01/1900 till 01/01/1901. Later inactive as per this setting
3. Now go to Mobile Inventory, Try to do an adjustment for US001/ZONE1\AIS1\ROW1\BIN1/001-0294. Open the Prompt for Adjusment Type. It only displays "Scrap". This is incorrect. The selection should be available for "Decrease", "Increase", "Misc Issue","Misc Return" as per set up.
