ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After performing Tools upgrade from 8.56 to 8.57 using Cloud Manager 7, the Application Designer for 8.57 crashes when opening a page definition
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Application designer for 8.57 should be able to open all definitions including Page definitions
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Tools upgrade from 8.56 to 8.57 for a target environment using Cloud Manager 7
2. On the PeopleTools client VM for the target upgraded environment, open the Application Designer 8.57
3. Open a page definition within the Application Designer
4. Observe that the Application Designer quits unexpectedly
