onReadyState error when updating a Job Information using HR Administration Tile

Attempting to use the HR Administration tile to update an employee's job row. After changing the 'department' number and 'job code' and the onReadyState error is generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administrator Homepage
2. Click on HR Administration Tile
3. Enter an Employee ID number and click Search
4. Insert a new row and date it for the future.
5. Select Rehire as the action
6. Change the department id number
7. Click OK and update the Establishment ID
8. Click on the Job Information tab
9. Change the Job Code and tab out
10. Note that an error is created
