E-CMP: Project when copied using "Copy From File" is not Updating the current timestamp in Database (Doc ID 2460634.1)

Symptoms

When a project is copied into Database using the "Copy from File", LASTUPDDTTM field in PSPROJECTDEFN table is getting updated with the time that is exported "to File" from Source Database rather than with the timestamp of the date when a project is copied. But if a project is copied into Database using "Copy to Database" option, LASTUPDDTTM field is getting updated with the current timestamp.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to App Designer
2. Copy Project from File
3. Select Project Properties and check the Last Updated Date/Time
