Symptoms

Account Field Does Not display a Textbox  to enter On eProcurement - Mass Change Page We cannot enter an Account to do mass change.

Steps
--------
1) Click on Create Requisition link
2) Select an item and do checkout
3) Click on Mass Change link on the checkout page
4) No text box for Account field
