Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, HR Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Corrupt holiday schedule data imported during upgrade (K2ARG, Argentina)

We noticed during our recent upgrade to HCM 9.2 PUM 26 that a script ran to import Argentine holidays into the Holiday Schedule tables. This happened due to script upd27473896_01_imp.dms.
Actually this made no sense to us we are implementing Belgium and French functionality only. We have no Argentine functionality.

The following tables were imported:
HOLIDAY_DATE
HOLIDAY_DTE_LNG

These are child tables of HOLIDAY_TBL (so the parent table). No matching data was imported in HOLIDAY_TBL. So basically orphan data was imported as we could not see the K2ARG holiday schedule via the front end.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Argentine date should not be imported since customer don't have license for Argentine.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to HCM 9.2 PI 26
2. Run upd27473896_01_imp.dms
