Goal
Occasionally there may be scenarios where one or more ISIRs were processed by mistake by the ISIR File Load (FAPSAR00), or even just mistakenly loaded to Suspense by FA Inbound. Or, perhaps the processes were run intentionally, such as the first for a new year, but the process didn't go as planned, and there is a desire to start over. In one specific case, an institution was looking to perform an end-of-year purging of old data by the due to an identified potential sensitive data security vulnerability.
In these situations, what is the best recommendation for removing the data? And if there are many records to delete, is there any delivered mechanism to perform the delete in batch? Finally, are there are any known impacts to deleting or purging this data, especially the Suspense data?
