There is No Way to Add or Edit Address on Fluid Emergency Contacts Pages

Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Constituent Data
There is no way to add/edit address on Fluid Emergency Contacts pages. Classic pages have it. Fluid Emergency Contacts pages should work the same as Classic pages.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CS 9.2 as superuser
2. Navigate to Classic Page: Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Emergency Contacts
4. Open existing ID
NOTICE: There is Edit Address on the Emergency Contact OR there is a way to add address.
5. Go to Student Homepage (Fluid page).
6. Click Profile tile
7. Click Emergency Contacts
8. Click >
ISSUE: There is no way to add or edit address on the Edit Contact popup.
