Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Time Administration

Delivered Holiday Rule Failing on Step41

While running time admin and it is failing on the Holiday Rule Step41. The rule is setup to always create 8 hours of holiday regardless if they have reported hours or not. The rule is not customized from the original template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create holiday rule and recompile
2. Add to rule program.
3. add to workgroup and test for EE for holiday
