ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PS_TOKEN timestamp is inconsistent with the timestamp in app server log.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PS_TOKEN timestamp should be consistent with the one in app server log

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In browser, open browser debugger
2. Login to PIA
3. Check cookie PS_TOKEN.

4. Check app server log
