Symptoms
Admin is unable to update employee alternate schedule from Off to other working schedule
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service > Time Management > Manage Schedules > Manage Schedules
2. Search for Employee and Update Employee Alternate schedule to OFF Shift
3. Update again to change the OFF Shift to Working Shift
