Symptoms
Getting Add Attachment failed Error on Leased Asset page (RE_LS_NOTES)
Getting below Error when trying to upload attachment on RE_LS_NOTES page. Attached is the document. Screenshots are from DEMO env.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In AM->Asset transactions->Leased Assets->Update lease information
Under Lease information, when clicking on Additional lease information and try to Add the attachment facing the below error message in DEMO environment
In AM->Asset Management->Asset transactions->Owned Assets -> Basic Add
When clicking on Attachments link, able to add the attachment.
