Goal

On : 8.55 version, Application Server

Not able to invoke PSADMIN utility

We installed 8.55.25 patch over our 8.55.19 PS_home (unix OS). After patching many files inside the $PS_Home/bin are showing size zero.
We are not able to invoke psadmin utility as it is also of size zero.
