Recruiting Run Automatch process runs to no success.
ERRORs

AE Program HRS_AM- ABENDED at Step HRS_AM.SchLoop.Step10 (PeopleCode) -- RC = 20 (108,524)
ElasticSearch log- ElasticsearchException[ACL metadata not available]
Integration Broker ErrorLog- HttpTargetConnector:ExternalApplicationException. External System responded with an Error status.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Recruiting->Administration->Run Automatch
2. Process fails and error message logged
Changes
Process failed on 9.2 PI24, PeopleTools 8.56.06. May also fail to run in other versions
