Symptoms
SF50 in the 9.2 HCM product is not the current form version - In order to meet the GPPA (Guide to Personnel Processing Actions)
and house the SF50 in the application - the form MUST look identical to the OPM SF50 (https://www.opm.gov/forms/standard-forms/)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > HR Processing USF
2. Add new employee or update
3. Print SF50
