Last updated on MAY 01, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Payroll for North America - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Payroll Technical
They are on HCM 9.2 and when running the PYAP_VCHPOST app engine they are getting an error message
PYAP_VCHPOST STOPPUB.Step01 Message is incorrect

In our system, the PYAP_VCHPOST app engine has a section STOPPUB.Step01.LogMessage which references Message Set 2000, Number 448. This is not correct, as that message is
"Contact %1 does not have a valid address."

I believe this should be Message Set 2000, Number 468, as that message is
"There is no Payment Voucher to publish to AP"
which seems to match the purpose of this section, to stop the publish program if there is no message to publish, as found in STOPPUB.Step02.PeopleCode,

/* Program will stop since there is no message to publish */
Exit 1;
