Ability To Search On The Service Type And Service (Codes) While Creating Service Procurement Requisition (Doc ID 2463767.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, PUM #26, tools : 8.56, production and demo. Requisition Create

When the user clicks the "resource" hyperlink form the create requisition page, the user will see the Services search result.
When the user clicks the "resource" hyperlink from the left navigation "Request Option", user will get the Service detail page.
When you click the "resource" hyperlink from the left navigation "Request Option", you will get the Service detail page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to eProcurement -->Requisition
2.Click the "Resource" hyperlink under service procurement
3. The search result is shown.
4.Click on the resource hyperlink from the "Left Navigation", the search result is shown.
5.When the user clicks the "resource" hyperlink form the create requisition page, the user will see the search result.
When the user clicks the "resource" hyperlink from the left navigation "Request Option", you will get the Service detail page.

Considering the usability the user would like to see the ability to search by Service(codes) and Service Type to search the resources/deliverable/Multi resource and create a sPro requisition.
