Symptoms

On : 8.56.10 version, File Attachments

Unable to upload the file to NON-PEOPLESOFT web server after the upgrade from PT 8.54 to PT 8.56

Error Message:

SetURLProperties (error): URL properties, "USER" and "USEAUTHTOKEN", are required for URL object, "XXXXX", but one or both were not properly specified.

ExecuteDownloadAttachment (error): return code (1) indicates attempt to download file from storage (for viewing) failed.
EvalViewAttachment (error): return code (1) indicates attempt to view file in storage failed.
EvalViewAttachment: finishing and returning 1.
