ETL9.2: Fluid Timesheet Doesnot Default Taskgroup when Row is Deleted & Inserted (Doc ID 2465344.1)

Symptoms

When user goes into the fluid Enter Time page for biweekly and is brought to Current week and the user deletes all rows from week 2, saves the page, leaves the page. When the user goes back into to finish time enter and they look up the task details prompt button for task profile, no rows are returned for the task profile.   

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Fluid Employee Self Service > Time > Timesheet
2. Delete all the rows from the week
3. Exit Enter time page, then again go back to enter time page
