Error when trying to Apply Tax Update 18-D

ORA-00959: tablespace 'PSIMAGE2' does not exist
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Download Patch 25759126
2. Apply the Patch on TEST environment
3. Note that Change Assistant is erroring out with the mentioned error.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply Tax Update 18-D on TEST environment, therefore may cause delay in implementation into production.
