Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, ERMS-Unstructured Email Proc

PRCEMAIL/RB_MAILROUTE fails with "Role Type ID cannot be zero" error message.

CRM 9.2, PT 8.55.17 , ERMS - Unstructured Email.

PRCEMAIL/RB_MAILROUTE fails with the following error when an Inbound email is comes from a contact which is associated to more than one company.

Role Type ID cannot be zero (18076,259) RB_CDM.ObjectCollection.OnExecute Name:getObjectByBOIDWithS pecificMode PCPC:54600 Statement:990 Called from:RB_CDM.ObjectCollection.OnExecute Name:getObjectByRoleType Statement:667 Called from:FUNCLIB_RC.CASE_ID.FieldFormula Name:GetRelCmRecord Statement:147 Called from:FUNCLIB_RC_SS.RC_PHONE.FieldFormula Name:GetRepContactInfo Statement:109 Called from:FUNCLIB_RC_SS.RC_PHONE.FieldFormula Name:GetCaseContactInfo Statement:167 Called from:FUNCLIB_RC_CAS.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new business contact and make it as a primary contact to company A.
2. Now add the newly created contact to other company (say company B).
3. Send email to ERMS Mailbox from this contact email.
4. The PRCEMAIL/RB_MAILROUTE goes to 'No Success'.
