E-PUM - Defining a Change Package for a Database That Was Restored After Patching (Doc ID 2466367.1)

On : 8.55 version, Change Assistant

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying a change package to a target database, the database had to be restored as the patching was incomplete. Now when trying to define a new change package for the database, PUM is stating that the updates have already been applied to the database and will not include the desired updates in the change package.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PUM should see that the updates are not applied and allow them to be defined in the target database.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply updates to a database.
2. Restore the database.
3. Try to define a change package with the same updates for the database.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: It is causing the customer to miss regulatory patching and milestone for their implementation of Lease Management.
