Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
The pending groups are getting timed out when 10,000+ rows are in PENDING_DST table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The large pending group when put into batch standard should be saved without getting timed out


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create large group with 10,000 + items
2. Go to Accounts Receivable > Pending Items > External Items > Large Group and click on Batch Standard

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot put the group in Batch Standard.
